Sr R&D Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming NSR requests, ensuring timely and high-quality technical assessments and necessary documentation and presentations towards SCRB.
• Secure adherence to project gates for ongoing Non-Standard Order projects.
• Guide, help, and mentor project managers within the team to complete assessments and projects flawlessly.
• Responsible for delivering comprehensive and high-quality reports to the Business Unit.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, specifically within R&D.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring abilities to support team success.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborator engagement.
