Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee warehouse and facility operations for UK Technology Services (TS) deployments. This role involves managing projects across the retail and restaurant sectors, ensuring efficient staging, stocking, workload planning, and cost management for the entire facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Project Manager for warehouse and facility operations.
• Manage and coordinate all projects related to retail and restaurant deployments in the UK.
• Oversee staging and stocking processes, ensuring optimal workload and capacity planning.
• Develop and execute cost management strategies to maintain budget compliance.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of deployment activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in retail or facility operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, capacity planning, and cost control.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel (mandatory).
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including email proficiency (i.e., Exchange).
• Strong skills and competency in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Access.
• Teamwork skills, appropriate to all levels of the organization.
