Are you looking for a rewarding role working for an alliance that will deliver the Mayor's Pan-London Sexual Violence Support Service? If so, we're seeking an experienced Technical Digital Project Manager (Freelancer) to lead the development and governance of a new digital portal for a pioneering alliance of specialist sexual violence organisations in London.
About Us
The London Survivors Collective is funded for the next five years, Respond, Galop, Survivors UK, and the four Rape Crisis Centres, run by Rape Crisis South London, Women and Girls Network, Solace and Nia are working, alongside MOPAC, as a new alliance to deliver the Mayor's Pan-London Sexual Violence Support Service. Using our 225 years of collective experience, and in consultation with survivors, we will offer a more consistent, accessible, and needs-led sexual violence service offer across all 32 London boroughs and the City of London.
In our first 18-months we will implement digital solutions which will improve referral pathways and help us to manage demand so we can ensure survivors have access to the same specialist service offer, wherever they live in London.
Our vision is for survivors to have more choice, connection, and voice in their unique recovery journey. Our Alliance will offer tailored and empowering interventions suitable for all stages of healing, from initial support and safeguarding, advocacy, therapy, peer support, holistic interventions and spaces for growth and activism.
Solace Women's Aid is dedicated to ending the harm caused by gender-based violence. You will be joining a team of committed and inspiring individuals whose dedication has saved the lives of thousands of women, men and children in the capital. We are looking for friendly and diligent individuals to join our services and help us make a difference. Our approach is holistic and empowering, partnering with survivors to help them achieve independent, abuse-free lives
Our core values reflect our history and were developed in consultation with staff and service users. Feminism and intersectionality are key to our work and we are committed to the principles of being survivor-led, trauma-informed, empowering, diverse, anti-racist and anti-discriminatory.
