Here's how you'll make an impact:

• Lead with confidence. You'll plan, track, and guide complex CIAM projects from start to finish. Your reports and progress updates will keep both clients and Booleans perfectly aligned.
• Be the bridge. You'll connect stakeholders, manage expectations, and escalate issues when needed, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Shape project approaches. Working with technical and strategic consultants, you'll define project strategies, present them to clients, and defend decisions with clarity and authority.
• Share your knowledge. You'll mentor medior colleagues, contribute to internal practices, and deliver training when new trends or tools emerge.
• Boost our visibility. Participate in marketing initiatives, write thought pieces, and help showcase Booleans' expertise in the IAM space.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven Project Management Skills
• 5+ years of experience managing projects, ideally in CIAM or IT.
• Strong ability to produce professional reports, coordinate RFPs/tenders, and track progress with precision.
• Comfortable using project tools (or creating your own templates) to keep everything on track.
• Consulting & Leadership
• Collaborate with technical and strategic consultants to define project strategies.
• Build trust with clients, mediate conflicts, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Independent, proactive, and confident in presenting project approaches.
• Communication & Collaboration
• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and English.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Mentor and support medior colleagues to grow team knowledge and skills.

Location Requirement
We're excited to hear from talented Project Managers currently based in the Netherlands (only local candidates will be considered).
Salary: €5,000-€6,000 base salary + benefits, depending on experience and qualifications.
