Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Director / Senior Director, Procurement to lead supplier acquisition and management across existing and emerging markets. This critical leadership role focuses on expanding our supplier ecosystem-driving new partnerships, optimizing onboarding pipelines, and ensuring supplier engagement aligns with our global growth strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with deep expertise in B2B supplier relationships, channel development, and partnership-led growth. You will combine high-impact supplier partnerships, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to transform procurement operations, accelerate commercial growth, and deliver measurable impact across multiple markets.

Who you are

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or related field.
• 3-7 years in competitive environments, preferably Tier-1 consulting.
• Expertise in procurement strategy and transformation.
• Passionate about high-growth startups and transforming traditional industries.
• Strong analytical, communication, and hands-on execution skills.
• Proactive, independent, and able to engage directly with stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or construction/infrastructure.
