Job Description

We are looking for a Project Management Officer to join our People team in Rotterdam.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects from end to end, making sure they are completed on time and within budget. You will focus on change management, implementation of a new strategy and other impactful activities. Your strong communication and solution-oriented skills will be crucial as you work with people at all levels to plan, gather information, and execute best practice solutions with a strong focus on the implementation of our People Strategy.

Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) are experts in bulk-liquid logistics and sustainable land-based aquaculture. We also invest in opportunities aligned to these industries.

What you will be doing
As a Project Management Officer, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the development of HR-related projects, ensuring that every task is carried out efficiently.
Your role will involve detailed planning, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning teams to various deliverables while fostering a strong cross-divisional collaboration. You will analyze and implement change and improvement projects, maintaining thorough documentation of project progress. Proactive in connecting and enabling stakeholders, you will also manage relationships with external suppliers and internal departments to deliver project tasks on time and with quality.

Key responsibilities
• Manage the implementation and development of projects throughout their lifecycle, including consideration of critical factors such as budget and training requirements.
• Plan and oversee project timelines and tasks, adjusting priorities dynamically to meet evolving needs.
• Evaluate, advise, and execute changes and improvements across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and promote a culture of teamwork, breaking down silos to drive project success
• Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to support project objectives.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a project management role or within a consultancy organization, preferably in a larger scale company.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• In-depth understanding of HR processes across the lifecycle.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships at all levels, as stakeholder management experience.
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset, with a strong ability in following up.
