We are looking for a Senior People Project Manager to shape the future of the global People strategy. As we are currently rolling out our strategy for 2026-2030, you will be in the front line of developing People initiatives with an impact.
Your strong communication and solution-oriented skills will be crucial as you work with people at all levels to plan, gather information, and execute best practice solutions.

What you will be doing
As Senior People Project Manager, you will be responsible for projects focused on organizational growth, future-ready teams, culture and D&I.
Your role will involve detailed planning and assigning teams to various deliverables while creating strong cross-divisional collaboration. You will analyze and implement changes, proactively advising and sharing your ideas with the Global People Transformation Director.
Connecting globally and building relationships with stakeholders is essential for the delivery of your projects. Your excellent listening skills will help translate ideas into actions.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Evaluate, advise, and execute changes and improvements across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Manage the implementation and development of strategic projects, including consideration of critical factors such as budget and training requirements.
• Plan and oversee project timelines and tasks, adjusting priorities dynamically to meet evolving needs.
• Bring stakeholders together to collaborate towards unified goals, ensuring delivery while remaining flexible.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and promote a culture of teamwork, breaking down silos to drive project success.
• Develop and execute effective communication strategies to support project objectives.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR project management role, being responsible for strategic and impactful projects preferably within a large-scale company. As an alternative, 5 years of experience in a consultancy role, supporting organizations in enhancing their HR structures.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across the lifecycle, including change management processes.
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships at all levels, as stakeholder management experience.
• Organized, solution-oriented approach with excellent follow-up skills.
• Proactivity in sharing input and ideas during the whole project development.
