• Lead end-to-end procurement for all categories.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient processes that deliver value.
• Build strategic partnerships with industry-leading suppliers.
• Ensure robust contracts for development and production phases.
• Drive supplier performance excellence through modern supply chain management.
• Scale and mentor a growing procurement team.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain leadership.
• Proven success in aircraft development programs.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or Law.
• Aviation expertise and a strong supplier network.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
