The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion. You'll be the driving force behind project success, ensuring programmes are met, budgets controlled, and client expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage office fit-out and refurbishment projects (CAT A & CAT B).
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and site delivery with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (SMSTS/CSCS desirable).
• Monitor project performance, reporting progress and resolving issues proactively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience managing commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of design & build processes and office interiors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS) advantageous.
