The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion. You'll be the driving force behind project success, ensuring programmes are met, budgets controlled, and client expectations exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage office fit-out and refurbishment projects (CAT A & CAT B).
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate design, procurement, and site delivery with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (SMSTS/CSCS desirable).
- Monitor project performance, reporting progress and resolving issues proactively.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience managing commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of design & build processes and office interiors.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS) advantageous.
