This is a hybrid role, so you'll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We'll need you to be flexible around business and team needs, so you may ask you to come into the office more often when required.
Thirteen Benefits:

• Simply Health - save money on everyday health costs and get wellbeing support.
• T'dar - our discount and reward platform with big savings on the brands you love.
• Opportunities to buy and sell annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-team projects from start to finish, keeping everything on track for time, cost and quality.
• Build strong business cases with clear benefits for our customers and the business.
• Champion our project framework and agile ways of working across the organisation.

• Run lessons-learned sessions and turn ideas into real improvements for future projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders at every level to keep projects moving forward.
About You:
• You've got plenty of experience delivering projects end-to-end across different areas of a business.
• You're great at bringing people together, communicating clearly and building trust.
