Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Reliable work: You support in continuous optimization of adequate reporting processes and tools to implement and improve target achievement incl. necessary measures
• Experience project management: You prepare and collaborate in the moderation of project governance meetings, workshops and follow-up of tasks and measures defined in this context
• Data is everything: You ensure high data integrity in our project management tools
• Take responsibility: You assist in developing project-related metrics and dashboards to support project performance measurements (i.e., project status reporting, resources, and costs)
• Thorough planning: You create presentations and documentations in Confluence
• Shape the future: You contribute to Management Administration in execution of organizational events

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar
• Experience: You already gained first experience in data management
• Skills: You are familiar with Confluence, Windchill, and VS Code, and possess know-how in Python (and other languages), SQL, programming principles and information design
• Personality: You would describe yourself as a solution-oriented person that is able to work independently with great self-initiative
• Language skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
