Purpose
The Junior Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D projects within the medical device sector. Key Responsibilities
- Assists in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing project phases under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Supports the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Helps identify and communicate project risks; contributes to risk mitigation efforts.
- Participates in project initiation activities and ensures alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintains organized documentation and contributes to the Design History File (DHF) and other compliance records.
- Suggests process improvements and shares observations that may benefit project workflows.
- Facilitates communication within the team and across functions; prepares meeting minutes, tracks issues, and supports project reporting.
- Promotes a culture of quality and safety by following established quality policies and procedures.
- Provides operational support to team members to help meet project milestones and resolve challenges.
- Contributes to project tracking and reporting; supports resources, budget and timeline monitoring under supervision.
- Works toward achieving project objectives as defined by senior leadership; participates in planning and decision-making discussions.
Qualification
- Good problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills that including working in a team environment.
- Good organizational skills, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on delivering timely, accurate and best in class execution
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent, Smartsheet ) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree: Engineering /Economics / Mathematics / Statistics, Life Science or equivalent experience and/or qualification
- Good English Knowledge
