About this vacancy

• You are responsible for initiating, overseeing, and completing projects in the manufacturing industry, such as machining or assembly production environments;
• You lead a multidisciplinary team of colleagues and, if necessary, external parties;
• The focus is on cost improvements, industrialization, and improvement projects;
• You develop a project plan according to the established methodology and the agreed-upon requirements with the client and stakeholders;
• Identifying issues, initiating solutions, and monitoring the progress of agreements to ensure project continuity are part of your tasks;
• You organize internal project meetings and report to the steering committee;
• Achieving objectives in the areas of Quality, Logistics, Technical, and Cost, as outlined in the project plan, falls under your responsibility;
• You are the main point of contact for the client regarding progress, changes, and escalations during the project;
• The organization, structure, and execution of project administration are your responsibility.

What we expect from you

Our clients operate within various industries, which makes it important for you to largely recognize yourself in the following points.

You bring the following:

• You have completed an HBO/WO degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent, with several years of experience in a production or assembly environment.
• You gain energy from tackling complex challenges on a project basis.
• You are communicatively skilled and strong in stakeholder management.
• You know how to professionally adapt to different types of organizations and, as an employeneur, you bring a fresh perspective to daily matters for our clients.
• You have several years of experience in project management and improvement processes in the manufacturing industry.
• You are stress-resistant and strong in communication.
• You value deriving satisfaction from your workday.
• You are proficient in Dutch and English. Any additional language skills are a significant plus.
