Develop, implement, and maintain ICT Governance and Performance Management Frameworks, Metrics, and Tools to continuously improve ICT department performance and deliver value to the business.

Support the alignment of business strategies, enterprise transformation activities and setting strategies, policies, standards, practices, financial, procurement, benchmarking and KPI activities. Support in development of operating models and plans to drive forward the strategy, taking advantage of opportunities to improve business performance.
