We are hiring an Associate Project Manager to start ideally in February or March 2026!

The role is fully homebased in the UK and is a non-travelling position.

This is a great opportunity to steer your career towards clinical trial management. It would suit a Clinical Project Specialist or Clinical Trial Specialist with multiple country direct exposure, looking for a global clinical trial management working environment

What is required

• BS/BA/BSc in the sciences preferred or RN or above
• Ideally 3 years' direct work experience gained within a biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO company
• E x pe ri en c e d e a l i ng w i th t i m e d e ma n d s , i n c om p l e t e i nf o r mat i on a nd / or u n e x pe c ted e v ent s , ability to a nt i ci pa te and r e s o l v e p r o b l ems
• Experience interacting with external vendors (CROs, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.)
• P o l i cy , p r o c e s s a n d p r o c ed u r al c o n fo r m an c e
• G ood o r g a n i z at i on, p l an n i n g & c o mm u n i c a t i o n sk i l l s

• Full-time and permanent contract of employment with us seconded to one single sponsor
• Homebased in England or, if preferred, the role can also be hybrid with at least 3 days every week in our Reading office and 2 days homeworking
• Salary according to level of skills and experience
