About the job PROJECT MANAGERS - BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES

We are seeking experienced Project Managers within Banking and Financial Services for 12 Month Renewable Contracts with an expected duration of 3-5 years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This role focuses on designing and delivering innovative banking solutions, ensuring alignment between business and technology functions.

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead a portfolio of high-impact transformation initiatives across our organization. This strategic management role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex programs and projects, ensuring they align with the organization's transformation objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects within the assigned portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, prioritize initiatives, and foster strong engagement.
• Monitor and report on project performance, including risks, issues, dependencies, and financial utilization.
• Participate in project planning sessions, resource allocation, and demand forecasting with planning and benefit realization teams.
• Provide executive-level insights, regular updates, and performance metrics to the Head of Delivery Office and senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (Masters preferred).
• Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years leading complex projects or being involved in large-scale programs.
• Proven track record in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
