This role will drive operational excellence, financial discipline, and sustainability across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Direct operations across regions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and corporate sustainability goals.Manage full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.Partner with HSE, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain robust governance and regulatory adherence.Lead and develop high-performing teams, promoting safety, accountability, and professional growth.Build and maintain relationships with regulators, industry partners, and community stakeholders.Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on operational challenges and emerging opportunities.Qualifications:Senior experience in managing large-scale energy or plant operations.Strong background in compliance, HSE, and financial managementProven leadership skills in people development and stakeholder engagement.
