Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities across the Rua Ajyad project, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of major building and infrastructure works. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary construction operations in a challenging and high-profile environment. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in major projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of construction phases.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Oversee site logistics, resource allocation, and construction sequencing for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Review and approve construction documentation, including method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews with project stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to site teams and junior staff.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project leadership and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction management for major buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of all operational aspects of large-scale and complex developments.
• Proven experience in project management, construction delivery, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Must have experience in the construction of major complex projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
