This role is critical to the timely, compliant and commercially effective launch of new Ways to Play that support the National Lottery's strategic objectives and player experience.

This role is critical to the timely, compliant and commercially effective launch of new Ways to Play that support the National Lottery's strategic objectives and player experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle for a Digital launch, from concept finalisation through to go-live and post-launch stabilisation.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and resourcing needs.
- Coordinate internal BAU teams across Digital, Technology, Product, Marketing, Retail, Compliance, Legal, Security and Operations.
- Ensure effective collaboration with third party suppliers including systems, technology, digital, regulatory bodies, marketing etc.
- Manage dependencies across the programme, e.g. Digital platform, regulatory submissions, retail channel readiness etc. Work closely with cross-functional teams across Allwyn (Change & Portfolio, Technology, Marketing, Brand, Legal and Regulations) to optimise delivery quality
- Feed into quarterly planning cycles, drawing regular outputs in order to facilitate regular project governance meetings, providing senior stakeholders with accurate reporting and actionable insights as required within governance forums, Working groups and Steering meetings.
- Ensure all launch activities comply with the Gambling Commission regulations and assurance gates.
- Drive a robust UAT and launch readiness plan and manage business change activities.
- Hold self and team accountable, champion delivery discipline, change control and quality assurance.

Requirements
- Knowledge and practical experience of Project management and delivery within a Digital / Agile environment (i.e. familiar with iterative Digital planning cycles and relevant tools such as JIRA)
- Experience managing highly complex projects with a core digital / technology component
- Experience delivering projects within a highly regulated, consumer facing environment (gaming, financial services etc)
- Track record of launching high impact products or services involving multi business units and third-party supplier management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey concepts coherently to internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors and regulatory bodies
- The ability to work within high levels of ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience in matrixed environments, with a track record of leading high performing project teams
- Strong written accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable skills:
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to manage a diverse range of projects across multiple business functions and subject matter areas-not limited to digital initiatives-adapting quickly to new contexts and priorities.
