We are seeking a skilled and strategic HR Project Manager to lead and execute global human resources initiatives that align with our strategic HR goals. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders and HR teams globally to manage cross-functional HR projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of project milestones.
This opportunity is open to internal candidates not located in Andover, MA and will not require relocation.

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Partner with regional business and functional leaders to lead and execute Global HR projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with HR leadership team.
- Coordinate internal resources for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Support change management, organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
Skills You Bring:
- Experience and ability to deliver in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment
- Success working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
- Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve problems with confidence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, benefits, compliance, etc.) and verifiable skills HRIS.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and project management roles.
