Job Description

Hill International is searching for a major long-term infrastructure project in Northwest Europe:

Enabling Works Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver enabling works packages across infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle to completion.
  • Lead construction and enabling works activities, coordinating contractors and supply chain within a regulated and safety-critical environment.
  • Manage commercial, financial, and programme aspects of assigned packages, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting clear communication and collaboration.
  • Drive high-quality technical outputs, efficiency, and continuous improvement across enabling works delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in enabling works or construction management on major infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in NEC contracts and working with complex supply chains.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • EU citizens or eligible to work in EU.
