This Position reports to:
Production Unit Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent partner companies in managing and developing the operations of a Joint Venture (JV). Each day, you will act as a bridge between ABB and JV Partner while supporting the JV Manager in delivering overall results. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the JV Manager in building the company into a customer-driven and high-performance operation.

The work model for the role is: On site

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Strategic Alignment with External Environment and Public Relations Management: Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community organizations at all levels. Lead efforts in policy interpretation, license applications, and project approvals to ensure company operations comply with Chinese laws, regulations, and policy directives, thereby fostering a favorable external environment for the company's development.
• Leadership in Party Building, Trade Union, and Corporate Culture Initiatives: Oversee the development and management of the company's internal Party organization, and provide guidance to the trade union, Youth League, and other mass organizations to ensure their operations comply with relevant statutes. Focus on building harmonious labor relations, enhancing employee belonging and morale, fostering a positive and stable internal atmosphere, and integrating corporate culture with local practices.
• Key Conduit for Board and Chinese Shareholder Communication: Serve as the representative appointed by the Chinese shareholder(s). Accurately convey the concerns and suggestions of the Chinese shareholder(s) to the Board of Directors and senior management, while clearly reporting operational performance and strategic progress back to the Chinese shareholder(s). Ensure smooth information flow and effectively safeguard the mutual interests and collaborative trust between the joint venture partners.
• Providing Localized Perspective and Risk Control: Provide crucial localized insights and risk assessments based on a deep understanding of the Chinese market, policy environment, and social context. Ensure company decisions balance global vision with local adaptability, securing the company's long-term, stable development in China.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills
• Good communication and cooperation skills
