We are looking for an organised and proactive PMO Coordinator to support the delivery of projects across The Bedford College Group.
This role provides essential coordination, administration and reporting support to the Project Management Office, ensuring projects are well-governed, accurately documented and effectively communicated. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders, maintaining project records, supporting governance processes and contributing to consistent delivery standards across the Group.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail who is interested in developing a career in project management.

About The Bedford College Group
The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
Today, the Group is made up of a family of colleges across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire: Bedford College, Central Bedfordshire College and Tresham College in Bedford, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough; Shuttleworth College, a specialist land-based college; The Bedford Sixth Form; The Corby Sixth Form; and the National College for Motorsport at Silverstone. The Group also operates community-based Learning Centres in Bedford, Corby and Kettering to widen access to education and training.

37 hours per week, with 27 days annual leave plus Peoples Pension.

- Provide project administration, coordination and logistical support across the PMO
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reporting
- Support governance processes, including tracking progress, risks and actions
- Prepare project reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and project activity
- Promote consistent PMO standards, tools and best practice
