Responsibilities

Project Planning

Team Coordination

Planning and monitoring test activities

Resource Management

Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team

Work with all involved parties (Stakeholder, PO, Developers etc.) to determine the appropriate software validation strategy

Delivery reporting on a regular basis.

Skills

Must have

Good experience in test management, with a strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies.

Automotive Experience

Knowledge in the Connectivity Domain

Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on testing activities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and resources.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Being dynamic and self-motivated

Problem-solving mindset

German C2 level

Nice to have

ISTQB Foundation Level

(e.g., ISTQB, Agile, Scrum).

Knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques.
