We are working with a specialist electrical and utilities contractor delivering overhead and underground electricity distribution projects. The business is known for its strong safety culture, high-quality delivery, and collaborative approach when working with DNOs, local authorities and key stakeholders. With a growing project portfolio, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support continued growth.

The role will involve managing the end-to-end delivery of electrical infrastructure projects up to 33kV, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing programmes, and maintaining strong client relationships across DNO and IDNO frameworks.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Managing electrical projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Driving performance across cost, programme, quality and safety KPIs
• Ensuring compliance with DNO specifications, CDM regulations and all safety standards
• Overseeing works on overhead and underground networks, including secondary substation installations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners

Criteria for the Project Manager:

• Proven DNO and or IDNO experience up to 33kV
• Strong understanding of both overhead and underground networks
• Experience delivering secondary substation installations
• Demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum
• Minimum of three years' experience in a similar Electrical Project Manager role
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
