As a Trainee of the central AI team of Marketing and Communications, you will immerse yourself in a wide variety of GenAI projects along the entire customer journey and have the chance to actively drive them forward. You will make a valuable and sustainable contribution to the digitization of the division and actively shape its cultural change. Agile working methods in a cross-functional team setup offer the perfect working environment to drive the development of GenAI products and use cases
In a nutshell:

• Many exciting GenAI projects in the entire marketing and communication area
• State-of-the-art AI/GenAI technologies with interfaces to cross-functional teams from neighboring areas
• Creative freedom and many development opportunities, in a highly motivated and international team that is currently being built up
• Regular team building measures, e.g., in the form of established Learn & Teach sessions across the entire Data Factory area

Qualifikationen

• An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate)in Data Science, Engineering, Marketing (analytics), Business Administration with IT connect, Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable course of study
• Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
• At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
• Knowledge and experience in planning and managing complex GenAI projects
• IT understanding to translate business requirements into technical concepts, especially in the context of GenAI
• Knowledge in Data Engineering, Data Science and/or Data Analysis & Visualization, or specifically in e.g. SQL, Python, Databricks, Data Lake(house), Power BI
• Experience with cloud solutions such as MS Azure, AWS or GCP and
• Experience with Agentic AI, AI/GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
• Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends and Knowledge or experience in marketing & communication

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities

• Business fluent English and German language skills
