Step into an exciting role with our Post Award team in the Research and Knowledge Exchange (RaKE) department! Join a group of dedicated specialists who play a vital role in supporting ground breaking research and innovative knowledge exchange projects.
In your new role you will work closely with the Principal Investigator/Project Lead and other internal stakeholders such as colleagues in finance and academic schools to support the delivery of project objectives, and outputs. A key part of your role will be ensuring compliance with funder regulations and internal university policies and regulations.
Additionally, you will monitor project budgets, provide detailed forecasts to ensure funds are appropriately managed and collate evidence to support financial claims and reporting to internal and external project stakeholders. You'll also be instrumental in planning and executing project activities such as dissemination events, PR and marketing and project partner management meetings.

We have a permanent, part-time (30 hrs per week) role which is a ' agile working ' role enabling the post-holder to work up to 60% from home and 40% at our Moulsecoomb departmental office each week, following an initial period of training.

- Proven ability to interpret and implement funder and organisational regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative, creative and flexible approach.
