To manage and control projects for all lines of business to ensure that they are delivered on-time, within budget and meet the customers' expectations.
  • Lead and motivate designated project teams from both internal and external organisations, ensuring the project has the correct resource and the team are effectively managed, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives against the Statement of Work, to ensure that a detailed project schedule and work plan can be produced ensuring effective project management of customer requirements.

  • Record, report and manage the assigned project budgets effectively, in order to meet projects budgets and to maximise profitability for the account.

  • Ensure the most efficient utilisation for the Project Management Team to meet the target utilisation of 80%, to demonstrate the ROI of the Project Management Team to the business.

  • Ensure projects remain within the original scope or that changes are clearly identified, and the commercial impact and risks are clearly assessed to limit our liabilities and ensuring that the accounts are profitable.

  • Responsible for providing regular project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project strategy, adjustments and progress

  • Responsible for measure project performance following the completion of each project, to ensure continuous improvement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prince2 Practitioner
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and own multiple projects
  • Highly self-motivated and results driven
  • Innovative in their approach to problem identification, solution development and delivery
  • Must be process driven, with an analytical/logical/conceptual approach to business tasks/needs
  • Able to demonstrate a conceptual understanding of our Document Management Solutions.
  • Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of our Document Management solutions & IT Services would be desirable.
  • Able to monitor, report and present on the development of Professional Services at a senior management level and provide monthly analysis reports of such progress
  • In depth knowledge and experience of Risk and Issue Management ensuring, the identification, recording, management and resolution/mitigation is analysed, prioritised and clearly visible to stakeholders.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of promoting and delivering Change Management
  • Excellent planning skills and the ability to identify and manage the critical path on their assigned projects.
  • Exceptional customer facing skills and comfortable presenting at board-room level
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Project.
  • Team Player & willingness to develop Project Co-Ordinators.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and orally and have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • A professional presence, vocabulary and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to develop, motivate and lead and coordinate several technical teams.
  • Ability to recognise conflict situations and deal with them effectively.
