Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing Oracle Cloud projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support project leaders in managing activities and maintaining governance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Help identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including remote and global partners.
• Engage with clients, capturing actions and ensuring effective communication.
• Document and track client requests, aligning them with project scope and timelines.
• Follow internal governance procedures to maintain project quality.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, IT, or Project Management.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or early-stage project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMP or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud technologies is highly advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• A collaborative attitude, with a passion for learning and a desire to contribute.
• Experience in Oracle SaaS/EBS environments or professional services is desirable.
