Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Associate or Associate Director with a proven track record of delivering large construction projects in the alternate 'Living' (BTR, PBSA, PBSL, later living), and / or private residential sectors.

The individual will become part of the London Project Management team led by Benjamin Cottle and will report to Steven Brown as the London Living Sector Lead. In addition to project delivery, the role will include supporting and driving growth in the Living sector project management offer. As such, we are looking for candidates with an established network and good relationships with private developer clients.

The role will be predominantly based out of 33 Margaret Street HQ, however, it will be expected that the applicant will be happy to work within the M25. Whilst the role is Living sector focused, candidates will need to be flexible and open to working on projects in other sectors.

Team OverviewLondon Project Management is part of the Savills Building & Project Consultancy division and operates from 33 Margaret Street in the West End and Finsbury Circus House in the City. The wider team totals 48 individuals and has historically been made up of three core teams: London Offices Project Management, Industrial and Logistics Project Management and Development Monitoring services.

Over the last two years, our London Project Management offer has grown significantly to include projects in the Living, Life Sciences and Data Centre sectors. We are looking to further expand our Living sector project management capability in the private sector.
