We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a market leading AV integrator, taking full ownership of the successful and profitable delivery of end-to-end AV technology projects.

This role will suit a confident Project Manager with strong commercial awareness and technical understanding, capable of managing a portfolio of projects while working closely with sales, operational, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple AV projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Monitor project performance against programme, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimise delays.
• Take full financial responsibility for projects, including invoicing, variations, and cost control.
• Ensure project scope, contractual obligations, and quality standards are fully met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and third-party suppliers.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including project H&S files and safe systems of work.
• Oversee technical and drawing information to support efficient installation and commissioning.
• Manage system setup and integration, including hardware and software interfaces.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, reporting, programmes of works, and CRM updates.
• Support pre-tender interviews and work alongside sales and estimating teams when required.
• Represent the business professionally at a senior level with clients and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering AV or technology-based projects in a client-direct or construction environment.
• Strong technical understanding of AV systems and electronics.
• Commercially astute, with experience managing contracts, budgets, and variations.
• Highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
