We are seeking an experienced Lighting Project Manager to deliver high-end lighting projects across luxury residential properties and superyachts in the UK and internationally. This is an opportunity to work for a prestigious AV integrator.

This role is responsible for managing the full delivery of lighting packages, working closely with lighting designers, technical teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lighting projects from design coordination through installation and handover
• Act as the main point of contact for all lighting-related matters
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and contractors
• Manage budgets, programmes, and change control
• Attend site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Ensure correct equipment specification, procurement, and delivery

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience within lighting, electrical, or a related construction/technical environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and variations
• Willingness to attend site visits in the UK and overseas
• Interest in lighting systems and technical solutions
