This person will be really strong on stakeholder management because the client is quite a complex business with lots of different parts of the business and stakeholders involved in events. The team are really friendly and close knit, so a great way to experience an in-house role.

We are looking for someone who can own end to end projects, and really help their lead client, operationally, being their right hand person. This would be looking after a larger conference event and roadshow around the UK, as well as smaller engagement events.

The role would be based two days a week from the client office in West London, one day a week from the agency in SE London and the remaining two days from home!

Open to agency or in-house experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams with full accountability for project success, defining deliverables, clarifying scope and managing ROI.
• Establish strong, efficient ways of working to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
• Provide best-in-class project management across all deliverables; status documents, budget tracking, agency briefings and be a key point of contact for both agency and eBay teams across multiple projects concurrently
• Own or oversee all key project documentation, including timing plans, status reports, contact reports, budgets and briefing documents.
• Confidently balance creative ambition with operational feasibility, ensuring ideas are both exciting and executable.
