Responsibilities:

• Leading full-lifecycle NPD projects from concept to launch
• Managing budgets, timelines and risks on high-value programmes
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Acting as the key stakeholder interface
• Ensuring documentation and compliance meet regulated industry standards

Candidate Profile:

• Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing complex NPD projects
• Strong communicator who can lead teams and influence stakeholders
• Confidently managing cradle-to-grave delivery
• Experience in regulated environments
• Solid engineering background with the ability to engage confidently with technical teams
• Solid planning, problem-solving and organisational skills
