We're looking for an experienced and inspiring teacher to deliver CIPD courses and Project Management qualifications to both adult learners and apprentices .

Qualifications
Level 5 qualification in a relevant subject essential
5 GCSE's (including Maths & English or equivalent) essential
Relevant degree or equivalent or CIPD qualification desirable
Formal Teaching Qualification (Cert Ed/ PGCE / BA Ed) desirable

Experience of working within the post 16/HE sector supporting learners essential
Recent and relevant industry experience in sector essential

- CIPD modules such as Organisational Performance and Culture, People Management and Development, Employment Law, and Employee Engagement.
- Project Management topics including Project Planning, Risk Management, Stakeholder Communication, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
