Global Digital Project Manager - Senior Manager
About the role
The DAM Programme Leader is responsible for overseeing the implementation of PwC's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including technical and operational aspects, and shaping the global operating model for digital assets. Reporting to the Brand Evolution programme, the role collaborates closely with Change Management, Communications, and PMO teams to ensure cross-functional alignment, using established project management frameworks and best practices. Key duties include developing programme plans and artefacts, managing risks and stakeholder engagement, and leading large-scale, complex global deployments using agile delivery methods. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology implementation, particularly in marketing, working with brand and digital teams, and managing competing priorities. Essential skills include stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and an understanding of digital marketing in a B2B context. Preferred qualifications include experience in professional services, proficiency with project management software, and certifications such as PMP or Agile.

What your days will look like:
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system across PwC's global network.
- Develop comprehensive programme plans and artefacts, including project charters, timelines, and roadmaps.
- Manage and document project risks, identify potential mitigations, and ensure effective risk management throughout the programme.
- Engage and align cross-functional teams, including Change Management, Communications, and PMO, to ensure successful delivery.
This role is for you if
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex global programmes with strong project management practices.
- Advanced expertise in delivering major technology implementations, especially in marketing or digital environments.
- Proven ability to work with brand, creative, marketing, and digital teams on digital asset management initiatives.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, driving consensus and timely decision-making.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and MarTech, ideally within a B2B context.
- Proficiency with project management software (such as MS Project, Wrike, or JIRA) and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Change Management).
