Join us as a Project Manager !

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We're seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our Derivatives & Post-trade team in Paris.

You will be primarily responsible for:

1. Project Management & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end projects in line with Euronext's Project Management methodology
• Plan, coordinate and deliver complex projects from initiation to operational go-live
• Define, monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resources
• Track project economics, costs and financial reporting using Euronext tools

2. Business, Product & IT Coordination

• Work closely with the Product Owner to define project scope, business case, client and system impacts, roadmap and stakeholders
• Ensure business and functional requirements are complete, validated and shared on time
• Track IT delivery activities (specifications, development, testing, implementation), with or without an IT Project Manager
• Animate business workstreams by defining deliverables, owners, deadlines and quality criteria

3. Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Set up and run project governance (project and steering committees, gates, escalation processes)
• Prepare presentations and materials, draft minutes and ensure follow-up of actions
• Build and obtain sign-off on RACI matrices
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders

4. Risk, Compliance & Operational Readiness

• Identify, track, escalate and mitigate project risks and issues, proposing solutions and alternatives
• Manage key project artifacts (planning, KPIs, reporting, risk & action logs, change governance)
• Ensure internal and customer readiness, business acceptance criteria and regulatory requirements are met
• Secure regulatory non-objection in collaboration with Regulatory, Product and Risk teams

Your Profile:

• Degree-level education or equivalent, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering complex projects end-to-end
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple topics in parallel in a matrix environment

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, rigorous and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Strong customer focus and ability to anticipate client needs
• Ability to deep dive into complex topics and synthesize for senior management
• Strong conflict management and resolution skills
• Experience in an international and multicultural environment is a plus
• Ability to quickly understand market models, services, processes and technology solutions
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (mandatory)
• Fluent English required; French and/or Italian are a plus
• Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
