Job/Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Project coordination, status reporting and transition governance.
• In charge of Stakeholder communication (German-speaking) with Customer and local teams.
• Oversee gap assessment, approve action plans and verify closure of findings.
• Coordinate onsite workshops, PI planning participation and alignment with SAFe.
• Review and sign-off on process documentation and assessment evidence.
• Report to Program Manager / Head of Quality or equivalent

Your profile:

• At least 8 years of experience in automotive domain and ASPICE leadership (or equivalent)
• Experience in Project & stakeholder management (Jira, MS Project).
• Deep ASPICE (VDA) knowledge and experience achieving Capability Level 2.
• Experience with ISO 26262 and VW Q-LAHs desirable.
• Familiarity with codebeamer, Confluence, SharePoint, Enterprise Architect/CAMEO.
• At least C1 German and English level
