Ayvens Central functions are responsible for the group's development and the supervision of activities to promote creation of synergies and to provide business and technical support, through its coordination role. The Central Finance function will contribute to the creation of value for Ayvens by being a strategic partner to the business, as well as to guarantee and control the reliability of data, processes and technology used to produce financial information.
Objective of the job (the why?)

The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project, based on the agreed budget and timeline with the Project board. By doing so this role is instrumental in making change happen within pre-defined areas. More precisely, the Project Manager mandate will be as follows:
The Project Manager's role will be critical in ensuring an effective and efficient execution of the project in collaboration with different internal and external stakeholders that may vary depending on the project. The Project Manager will directly support and report to the Project Portfolio Manager to drive the Finance changes required and therefore contributes to the transformation journey of Ayvens Finance.
The project manager has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of projects. Based on agreed budget and timelines with relevant stakeholders. The mandate is as follows:
Directly support and report to the Projects Office to drive the Central Finance changes required.

- Identify and mitigate risks. Respect agreed upon timelines and budget.

Lead and define the project framing phase:
- Conduct the project framing phase and obtain necessary approvals to launch the project.
- Develop detailed project plan including project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines and approach.
- Ensure the alignment of the project objectives with the overall Ayvens Finance goals and strategies.
Define and track project capacity and budget:
- Assess and manage project capacity and workload.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
- Forecast future capacity needs and plan accordingly.
- Develop detailed project budget based on resource needs and project scope.
- Secure necessary funding and financial approvals.
- Monitor and control project expenditures.
- Perform regular budget reviews and variance analysis and reallocate resources as needed.
- Actively participate in business analysis and business requirement documents production
Manage and monitor the project execution:
- Oversee execution of project tasks and activities.
- Monitor project progress against the agreed plan.
- Conduct regular status meetings and update reports.
- Provide transparent and timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous alignment with project goals and strategic objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, where needed, to ensure timely delivery.
Manage and coordinate possible system impact or selection:
- Assess and identify any project impact in terms of Data and IT implications.
- Define and document business requirements and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders (i.e. Digital & IT team)
- Monitor and coordinate with the relevant partners on the different phases of work (i.e. design, testing, build, implementation, etc.)
Identify and mitigate risks:
- Identify and report any potential risks and their impact on project objectives.
- Prioritize risks based on their potential impact.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Adjust plans and actions as necessary to manage emerging risks.
Lead and coordinate project team and other functional experts
- Provide clear guidance and leadership to project team and other functional experts, if any.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Align team efforts with project objectives and timelines.
Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
Competencies (How)
- Finance functional skills
- Regulatory projects experience/skills (e.g. CRR3, Basel 4)
- Leasing and/or banking industry skills
- Business analysis skills
- Demonstrated management skills, including team Leadership, project coordination, and the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
- Project methodology skills (e.g., agile and agile@scale)
- Experienced in managing complex projects, with high stakes, in international environments
- Visionary and putting innovation in front of the management agenda within Finance
- Facilitator of the mutual understanding between Finance and Digital & IT of each other requests and constraints
Capable of understanding and combining both operational and strategic insights in the work being done

Experience
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Agile methodology/PRINCE II experience is considered a strong plus
- Proven experience in building and leading teams in a culturally diverse environment
