Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end RCM projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation, collaborating with stakeholders to define clear goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather insights and feedback, driving continuous improvement in RCM processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in RCM practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven project management experience in the healthcare industry (RCM, insurance, or hospital operations).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with RCM processes and regulations is highly desirable.

Job Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven project management experience in the healthcare industry (RCM, insurance, or hospital operations).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is Must.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
