What you'll do

You'll be entrusted with the end-to-end delivery of complex property-related change projects, ensuring they are completed within set timeframes, costs, and quality standards while adhering to legal and safety requirements. Additionally, you will stay abreast of industry trends, demonstrate commercial acumen, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with company objectives.

This is a national field-based role with regular travel and overnight stays required, therefore a business needs car is included in the package.

Essential criteria

• Experience delivering complex construction or property projects in a retail environment
• Previous operational on-the-ground knowledge of retail stores
• Knowledge of construction compliance requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills with internal and external partners
• Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently
