We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Program Owner team, supporting activities across multiple platforms involved in the development of automated driving technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within a cutting-edge automotive environment within an agile development team
Job Purpose/Role
• You assist in planning, monitoring and reporting project progress across automated driving development platforms
• You document meeting minutes and follow-up tasks
• You support the implementation and maintenance of PMO and agile standards, tools and processes
• You prepare and update project documentation, dashboards and KPIs
• You maintain and refine documentation using standardized templates to ensure traceability and quality
• You coordinate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
• You identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• You have a strong interest in project management and automotive innovation
• You have very good German and English skills in written and spoken form
• You have basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ideally experienced with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• You have analytical skills for interpreting data and creating reports
• You work in a structured and organized manner and manage your time effectively
• You are detail-oriented and enjoy working independently as well as in a team
