Job Description

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of the prestigious project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be delivery-focused, capable of managing contractors and clients effectively, and ensuring successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall delivery of the project, ensuring compliance with client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and relationship management.
• Oversee contractor performance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Drive project planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction phases.
• Monitor progress, implement risk management strategies, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project management within large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of PMCM principles and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
