About the team

Horwich Farrelly (HF) is driving innovation in claims management through advanced data insights and predictive analytics. The Predictive Analytics and Data Insights team plays a key role in HF's transformation strategy, working collaboratively with legal experts, data scientists, and technology partners to deliver measurable improvements in client outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Support the planning and coordination of predictive analytics projects.
• Assist with project timelines, documentation, resource planning, and progress tracking.
• Help maintain project governance, including recording risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor key project milestones and support reporting on KPIs.
• Work closely with senior project managers, data scientists, and legal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support the integration and adoption of analytical tools across the business.

What do I need?

• Experience working in a project support, coordination, or junior project management role.
• Interest in data, analytics, or transformation projects (experience desirable but not essential).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support several projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile experience is a bonus).
