The Project Manager - CRM will lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for a banking client in Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager - CRM will lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for a banking client in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures delivery across scope, timeline, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. This position is critical in driving customer-centric transformation and digital enablement within a regulated banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full CRM implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live and stabilization
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and budget
- Establish project governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with Saudi banking regulations, internal controls, and risk standards
- Act as primary point of contact for senior bank stakeholders and technology partners
- Facilitate business requirement workshops and validate use cases and success metrics
- Coordinate system integrators, Microsoft partners, and cross-functional delivery teams
- Manage project risks, data security, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance
- Oversee UAT, defect management, sign-offs, and readiness for go-live
- Support change management, training coordination, and user adoption initiatives
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience
- 7+ years of project management experience
- 3-5 years delivering CRM implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven experience in banking or financial services environments
- Strong understanding of regulated project delivery and governance
Technical Knowledge
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or equivalent)
- CRM integration with core banking/enterprise systems
- Data migration, reporting, and access control concepts
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (advantage)
