Job Description

Closing Date: 28th January
Location: Nottingham
Contract: Secondment 18-24 months
Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-Lyas

About the role:

We're looking for a highly organised and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of No7's future in-store experience. You'll champion the end-to-end planning, coordination and stakeholder management of a major retail transformation project.

You'll partner closely with the Creative & Design Manager, retail teams, external agencies and cross-functional No7 Beauty Company colleagues to guide the project from early concept through to full rollout in stores - making sure every stage is aligned, on time, on budget and executed to the highest standard. Your work will enable creative vision to become reality and ensure customers experience No7 at its very best in every retail environment.

You'll play a central role in bringing No7's most exciting retail projects to life - ensuring creative ideas become real, tangible experiences for customers nationwide. This is your opportunity to work at the heart of a loved UK beauty brand, collaborate with across multiple teams, and make a visible impact in stores across the country.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project set up and planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Translate creative milestones into clear project plans and deliverables.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including prototyping, in-store testing, feedback collection, and refinement ahead of rollout.
• Own nationwide rollout planning and delivery with retail partners, ensuring seamless execution across all formats.
• Work closely and collaboratively with retail partners and No7 Beauty Company teams.
• Manage and coordinate tender processes with procurement to select creative, production and manufacturing partners.
• Partner with creative agencies, ensuring all outputs meet the brief, timelines and quality expectations.
• Own project timelines, budgets, risk management and stakeholder communications with clarity and confidence.
• Work seamlessly with the Design & Creative Manager and Assistant Visual Merchandising & Shopper Marketing Manager.

What you'll need to have:

• Experience in project management, ideally with an understanding of design or creative background.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects from initiation through to rollout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Experience managing agencies and large cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and confidence handling large budgets and multiple stakeholders.
