Tasks
We are seeking YOU - Project Manager Office - to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our project landscape, ensuring strong governance, efficient execution, and transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Translate marketing strategies, creative briefs, and client needs into structured project plans.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing and content projects from briefing to final output.
• Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creation, production, media) and external partners.
• Manage timelines, scope, budgets, and resources across multiple parallel projects.
• Act as the operational interface between marketing, production, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth execution of shoots, content initiatives, and campaign rollouts.
• Monitor progress, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and keep delivery on track.
• Maintain quality standards while balancing speed, cost, and creative ambition.
• Prepare clear status updates and project overviews for stakeholders.

Requirements
What you'll need:

• Strong organizational mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
• Excellent coordination skills with a passion for working alongside creative teams and producers.
• Degree or comparable professional experience in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing operations, production management, or agency-side project delivery.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, content production, and creative workflows.
• Experience coordinating productions and managing multiple projects simultaneously (e.g. shoots, video, digital assets, campaigns).
• Confident use of project management and collaboration tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
