"Help turn our transformation ambitions into real, measurable impact"
Join our Transformation team as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in governing the delivery of a multiyear programme that turns our Transformation Plan into measurable outcomes.
Reporting to the Delivery & Resource Manager, you'll lead end to end delivery with smart, streamlined governance, clear documentation, and insight driven reporting to hit our big ambitions: become the best large landlord for repairs by 2027, achieve a C1 regulatory rating by 2028, and meet the efficiency targets in our long term financial plan. You'll work with stakeholders at every level across the organisation including colleagues who may be hesitant about change using data, empathy and persuasive communication to turn sceptics into champions, remove blockers, and drive adoption, all while thriving under pressure and delivering to demanding deadlines.
You'll work shoulder to shoulder with Service Design and Transformation Change to redesign services and embed change effectively, engage Product Innovation early to derisk technical complexities, and coordinate colleagues across Technology, Data & Business Information, and operational and central services to deliver impact at pace.
Based from our Farringdon or Sittingbourne office, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid way when appropriate and agreed with your manager.
At Southern Housing our HEART values Honest, Efficient, Accountable, Respectful, Trusting is the driving force behind everything we do, especially as we transform how we work. We're on a mission to redesign services, embrace innovation, and make our organisation more efficient so we can deliver even greater value to our residents.
Join us and you'll be part of a culture that champions collaboration, challenges the status quo, and empowers you to turn bold ideas into real change.
If you're passionate about shaping smarter ways of working and helping us achieve our ambitious goals, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Inclusion & Diversity
We work hard to create a diverse and inclusive culture and environment where people are respected for who they are. Encouraging inclusion is not just about protected characteristics, it's about celebrating differences of thought, opinion, experience and perspective of each individual.
We're all different in our own way and we want our colleagues to feel comfortable, that they belong, and are safe to be themselves at work, without fear of being judged or excluded, but valued for their contribution to our One Team approach.
