About the Role

SRG are currently seeking a Head of Electrical Engineering to lead the electrical design function across cutting-edge capital projects for an EPC client . This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving engineering excellence, shaping technical strategy, and ensuring high-quality electrical design delivery from concept through commissioning.

This role can be remote, with occasional travel to project sites and client meetings. You will combine hands-on design expertise with strategic leadership, guiding a growing electrical engineering team while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Experience Required:

• Experience in electrical design engineering, ideally within the life science sector.
• Proven ability to deliver design and build projects across all stages of the lifecycle.
• Strong capability in hands-on design, including calculations, schematics, layouts, load studies, and technical assessments.
• Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical modelling / calculation software.
