The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) background to lead the safe, compliant, and commercially successful delivery of projects across our London portfolio.
You'll take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, develop a long-term pipeline of opportunities, and support the development of talent within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, compliance and commercial performance.
Build and convert a pipeline of project opportunities across the Business Unit.
Develop capex plans using LCR and FMR data to support long-term investment.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities and ensuring feasibility of solutions.
Define scopes of work, manage tenders, and oversee subcontractor performance.
Operate as Principal Contractor under CDM regulations.
Manage statutory, commercial and QHSE risks in line with CBRE processes.
Produce monthly project and financial reports and ensure accurate documentation.
Hold full P&L responsibility for your project portfolio.
Lead, mentor and support team members; contribute to divisional strategy with the Head of Projects.
About You
Technical & Educational Background
Recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction engineering (essential).
Project management qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2 or SMSTS (advantageous).
Experience
Strong track record delivering projects safely and successfully in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
Experience generating new project opportunities and managing bids/tenders.
Proven P&L management.
Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
Highly organised, analytical, and detail-focused.
Innovative, adaptable and able to work confidently in complex, high-pressure environments.
High levels of integrity, motivation and professionalism.
