General ManagementGrey London is on a mission to create the most influential brands of the next decade, through the power of Famously Effective ideas.
Famously Effective ideas extend far beyond the confines of advertising or marketing channels. They stretch our potential influence into wider culture - by breaking norms, smashing stereotypes, saving lives, changing minds, writing history, shifting conversations, and transforming perspectives.
More than just our tagline, Famously Effective is a shared global philosophy that has guided everything Grey has done since our founding more than 100 years ago. Today, more than 150 people work in our London office, with nearly 3,000 more throughout our global network.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team of change-makers on an initial short-term contract of 3 months, with the possibility to extend.
In this role, you will lead projects of varying scale, budget, and discipline. Using your expertise, you will scope and plan with internal stakeholders and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multiple teams, project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. We will look to you to help identify future opportunities, improve processes and drive the direction of the client's needs.
THE ACCOUNTS
At Grey, we have an exciting client portfolio, working with brands across the health & wellness sector, tourism, FMCG, telecomms, energy, sports & active wear, alongside probono projects for charity groups. This variety will keep you challenged and engaged, allowing you to broaden your experience and have an impact on culture.
Within this role, the majority of your remit will be focused on a restricted category brand. Your key challenge will be juggling multiple workstreams for a complex, global, and highly regulated business while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.

You'll work closely with clients to drive best ways of working for teams, collaborating across the agency and with teams in WPP to keep everyone on track and working towards the same shared goal.
You'll have the opportunity to deliver multiple projects under various programmes, taking them through from client brief to final output, The projects and workstreams you'll sit across will involve delivering on campaign toolkits covering TVC, social, digital, shopper, 360 brand experience/strategy development programmes, website content, app design and content creation.

At Grey, we know that the more diverse the input, the more famous and effective the output.
